How do I know what frame size fits me best?
You can check the "Frame Size Chart" above or look for the three key numbers printed inside your current glasses (e.g., 52□18–145). These represent lens width, bridge width, and temple length. If you need help you may call or textan Optician at 678-678-7707
Do the frames come with lenses included?
Yes, if that is the option you would like. This option is for single vision prescriptions only as CR-39 lens material with. noadditional add-ons. This option does not work best for everyone as each situation is unique. You may call or text an Optician for advice 678-678-7707.
Can I add my prescription?
Absolutely. Just select “Yes” under “Add Prescription” and upload your details or you may email your prescription at orders@lensomify.com. An Optician will verify your prescription to see if it is valid.
What if I make a mistake on my prescription?
We offer one free lens remake for most prescription lenses. Simply contact support@lensomify.com or text/call 678-678-7707 within 5-7 days and we’ll help make it right.
What if the glasses don’t fit or feel right?
If you ordered non-prescription (frame-only) glasses, you can return them within 7 days of delivery as long as they’re unworn and in original condition.
Prescription eyewear purchases are final due to their custom nature, but we’re always here to help with fit adjustments or remake questions if needed.
