We stand by the quality of our eyewear. Below is a breakdown of the standard warranties and optional protection plans offered with each purchase.

Included Warranty:

  • 1-Year Frame Warranty (free)

  • Covers manufacturing defects such as hinge failure, frame cracking, or discoloration not caused by misuse

 

🕶️ Designer Frames (e.g., Tom Ford, Gucci, Prada)

Included Warranty:

  • 3-Month Frame Warranty

  • Covers manufacturer defects only (e.g., loose hinges, structural issues)

  • Does not cover accidental damage, loss, or wear from daily use

Optional Protection – LensomifyCare+ ($30):

  • Extends warranty to 6 months total

  • Includes 1 replacement at 50% off retail price

  • Free shipping on replacement
